TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build users’ trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. The United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of data protection principles and frequently asked questions (the “Safe Harbor Principles”) to enable U.S. companies to satisfy the EU law requirement that personal information transferred from the EU to the United States be adequately protected. microGen may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name. If you purchase microGen’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information.
